The close relationships among our employees are an important part of Sanyu Gikou. Each year, we hold a number of events to encourage employee socialization, organized primarily by our festival committee, where we work to form bonds with the colleagues who call our company home.
Summer Festival
We invited our employees and their families to a festival held on the plant grounds. Our festival committee plans fun events, such as an experiment corner and presents for the children to enjoy.
Strawberry-Picking & BBQ
We invited our employees and their families for this event. After going strawberry picking at a Shiga Prefecture strawberry plantation, we ate our fill of BBQ.
Bowling Tournament
This tournament was held in Shiga Prefecture’s Konan City by us for our employees. It was a fun-filled bowling tournament with plenty of prizes to be won.
Company Trip
Every year in November, we take our employees for a 3 Day/2 Night vacation. We usually visit domestic tourist attractions, hot springs, and other locales. Our festival committee plans events to make it a fun-filled trip to remember.

Gym
The gym located on the 2nd floor of the Shiga Head Office is equipped with a variety of exercise equipment. It is open for use during lunch breaks and after working hours.
Club Activities
Futsal
We participate in regional tournaments, such as the Sanyu Group Cup in spring and fall where our group’s three domestic companies compete. Our team practices at our company’s futsal court, located on the grounds of Plant No. 3 in Konan City, Shiga Prefecture.
